Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to own a location, lead a high‑performing team, and drive operational excellence. You’ll build a culture of high energy, accountability, and guest satisfaction while managing P&L and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep, driving initiatives to improve profitability and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
