Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to own a location, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage operations, P&L, labor costs, and local marketing while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of restaurant/retail/hospitality management experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a winning team of managers and crew to deliver results.
• Own the operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and upkeep.
• Drive profitability by managing labor and costs with data-driven decisions.
