Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to own a location, lead the team, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, costs, and local marketing while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include developing leaders, optimizing labor, ensuring safety and quality, and building community connections to grow loyalty and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Business mindset with experience managing costs and driving results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a Winning Team: Build, train, and inspire a strong team of managers and crew.
• Own the Operations: Oversee scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep.
• Drive Results & Profitability: Manage labor, control costs, and drive sales.
