Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and set the tone for service excellence. You will oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a high standard of food quality and customer hospitality.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and a focus on people development are essential. You will manage budgets and financial plans while delivering outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
50‑Hour Work Week.
Basic computer literacy.
Must have reliable transportation.
Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plan for each new hire.
Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues.
Assist in resolving customer issues and manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
You’re also responsible for building a strong team that provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
