Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and set the standard for guest experience. You will recruit, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, aiming for promotions and career growth within a dynamic environment.

You will manage P&L, schedule staff, and implement CHAMPS standards while driving profitability and exceptional customer service across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 5 years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and Team Members.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster inclusion.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach on CHAMPS standards, and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
