Job summary

Bueno is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will oversee a management team, ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation, and actively coach staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will model the company's values, foster a positive culture, and support team development while hands-on ensuring daily execution and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profit objectives and maintain high standards of quality, service, and sanitation.
• Lead a high-performing management team and staff, driving guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and safety compliance across all areas of the operation.
