Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in restaurant management.
• Strong front- and back-of-house knowledge.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Degree in Business Admin or Hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front- and back-of-house operations.
• Create a warm, professional experience for every guest.
• Support, coach, and motivate restaurant team members.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and shift organization.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor food, beverage, and service quality.
• Manage operational costs and reduce unnecessary waste.
• Oversee inventory needs and vendor relationships.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Prepare revenue and expense reports.
• Support local events, marketing, and social media activity.
