CAVA in Jacksonville, FL invites a General Manager to lead a four-wall operation with a guest- and team-focused mindset. You will drive daily operations, set standards, coach staff, manage inventory and staffing, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Proven leadership of a multi-person food-service team.

Responsibilities

• Lead your four-wall operation like you own it – from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
• Put the customer first – including your internal customers, your team. You will be responsible for regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and when necessary, corrective action
