Fiesta Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and food safety. You will lead 2–4 managers and 25+ team members, driving sales, labor, and EBITDA while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

You will hire, onboard, and develop the team, conduct daily huddles, and partner with leadership to ensure equipment and facilities meet high standards. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or GED required.
• 5 years in the restaurant industry, 2 years as a General Manager or equivalent position.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead 2–4 managers and 25+ team members, ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales, and meet labor and EBITDA targets while maintaining operational excellence.
• Coach and develop team members through clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Ensure payroll, scheduling, inventory, and incident reporting are properly handled.
