Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team including Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure peak performance and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement to create legendary experiences.

The role emphasizes training and developing staff, with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction in a high-energy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
