Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, Marco's Pizza's largest franchisee in the US, is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure top product quality and service, and drive sales while controlling costs. Relocation is encouraged to support expansion efforts.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and benefits, oversee inventory and KPIs, and implement Marketing and operations initiatives with the home office. Expect about 50 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory reporting and maintain proper par levels and ordering system.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
