Cook Out is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant with hands-on, boots-on-the-ground management. The role emphasizes elite customer service, operational efficiency, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, recruit and train a large team, and maintain a fast-paced guest experience. The compensation package includes an annual salary of $75,000–$100,000, with $15 per hour appreciation pay and monthly performance
