Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOPs.
• Manage the restaurant floor and focus on guest interactions and complaint handling.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and SOPs.
