Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and improve food/service quality.
• Resolves guest complaints using the listen–apologize–satisfy–thank model.
• Directs regular training for team members and provides feedback for improvement.
• Manages budgets, labor costs, and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintains inventory and ensures equipment maintenance and safety.
