Qualifications

• Displays strong guest communication for feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Resolves guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures incoming calls are handled promptly, courteously and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Maintains budget awareness and labor cost controls.
