Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring compliance with policies, optimizing labor and food costs, and maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, food prep, cleaning, and workflow.
• Monitor labor deployment and scheduling to meet sales targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and QSC standards are followed.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
