You will manage labor, food cost, safety standards, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards. A 50-hour weekly schedule and strong people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership in QSR/retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building ability.
• Proficiency in basic business math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and lead with purpose, resolving conflicts and driving results through others.
• Recruit and train top-tier talent to deliver outstanding customer experiences and develop a bench of managers and team members.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback; be a culture champion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including labor scheduling, cost control, and health & safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff to exceed service expectations; leverage insights to elevate guest experience.
• Grow brand, sales and profits by managing P&L, inventory, and maintenance to brand standards.
