Job summary

Marco’s Pizza – Spire Brands, LLC is seeking a driven General Manager – Restaurant Leader to guide one of our restaurants to success. You’ll lead a team, ensure great customer service, control costs, uphold standards, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires relocation to the South Carolina Low Country or Southeast Georgia area, a minimum 45-hour workweek, and participation in performance bonuses and PTO, with ongoing training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Has previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Can lead, coach, and develop people.
• Understands labor and cost control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to relocate within the South Carolina Low Country or Southeast Georgia area.
• Commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop team members.
