Marco's Pizza - Spire Brands, LLC is seeking a driven General Manager - Restaurant Leader to head one of our Marco's Pizza restaurants in the Southeast Georgia/SC Low Country area. Relocation may be required based on business needs.

The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, controlling costs, maintaining standards, and driving toward strategic goals with hands-on leadership and development.

Qualifications

• Has previous restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Can lead, coach, and develop people
• Is willing to relocate to Marco's Pizza locations in the South Carolina Low Country or Southeast Georgia area as needed
• Can commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver great service
• Drive sales and customer traffic while maintaining standards
• Manage labor and costs to achieve profitability
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Build relationships with customers and the local community
