Job summary

Burger King is seeking a General Manager for our Irving, TX location to lead restaurant operations and the management team. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity, while ensuring food-safety and compliance across daily activities.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to develop teams. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and performance initiatives, with a focus on growth and consistent execution of BK standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in the QSR industry.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Availability to work opening hours, including Sundays and late shifts (2 Sundays, two mid-shifts, one closing shift per month).

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, budgets, and daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, profitable performance.
• Formulate strategy, manage people, and establish policies to drive growth and compliance.
