Responsibilities

• Build Sales thru great guest service and perfect quality product.
• Ensure an effective work schedule, designed to build sales and posted weekly.
• Work lunch and dinner through a 55 hour work week during peak periods.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all employees and customers.
• Attain the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of safe food on every shift.
• Maintain high standards by operating in accordance with established performance and operating standards.
• Use Learning Hub training to hire, develop a bench of A players and prepare growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of all equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to build repeat visits.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment toward Company objectives.
• Train all employees on cash control and credit card security.
