Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and manage staff in a fast-paced family dining environment. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, ensure food safety and quality, control costs, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years leadership experience in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train employees; plan and direct work.
• Coach and mentor team; drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Manage P&L, food costs, labor and inventory; enforce safety policies.
• Communicate performance and implement corporate programs to staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and service.
