Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a General Manager to lead staff and operations across multiple locations, delivering top food quality and fast, friendly service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

You will manage cash, inventory, and equipment, drive continuous improvement, perform HR duties, and train employees using established systems while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail experience with customer service focus.
• College degree or 3-4 years of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights as most drive-thrus are open till midnight.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and able to travel to bank, other restaurants, and Area Office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver high-quality food and fast, friendly service.
• Control cash, inventory, and equipment to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Interview and recruit candidates to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training through established systems and ensure food safety standards.
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention.
