Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking motivated General Managers to lead our Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan locations. You’ll begin as a Management Trainee with paid training designed to build knowledge of our systems, processes, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Lead training for new products and rollouts.
• Manage costs and inventory, and complete weekly schedules and vendor orders.
• Communicate priorities and results to the team.
