Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a single-unit operation focused on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development and smooth operations. The RGM has overall responsibility for daily restaurant performance under the District Manager and directly manages a team of 20–45 employees.

You will drive profitability through P&L oversight, guest service excellence, recruitment and development, scheduling, and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage restaurant P&L and profitability drivers.
• Drive sales by guest service and operations excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop restaurant team.
• Schedule labor and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager when needed.
