Job summary

CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins Restaurant in Altoona, IA, is hiring a General Manager Designate. The role reports to the restaurant GM, follows Perkins system, and includes weekends with a ~50-hour week. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 plus bonus.

Two weeks of vacation and health, dental, life/disability insurance are included, with Christmas day closed. The position oversees daily operations, drives sales and profits, and builds a positive guest experience and staff

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises all unit management and indirectly supervises non-exempt employees during operating hours.
• Responsible for achieving plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plans and analyzes unit manpower and training to develop staff including management.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and presented properly in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
