Papa John’s International is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor a management team, uphold food quality and safety standards, and foster a positive culture.

You will oversee staffing, training, and daily performance, with a focus on guest satisfaction, operating efficiency, and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ General Manager experience in casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong team leadership and positive conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsabilités

• Direct operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining top food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
