IHOP is seeking a General Manager in Kyle, Texas, for a full-time role with a competitive wage of $55/hour. You will lead a high-energy team, oversee operations, guest service, and human resources objectives to ensure the restaurant meets its goals.

Responsibilities include managing the restaurant floor, scheduling, training, inventory, and promotions while ensuring SOP compliance, food quality, and timely service.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage restaurant floor and ensure regular contact with guests.
• Maintain guest complaints within acceptable limits and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; coach staff and administer compensation.
• Oversee food SOPs, recipes, plating, and temperatures within standard ticket times.
• Manage supplies and inventory to avoid stockouts; order timely.
• Oversee equipment, building, sanitation, security, and promotions.
• Complete required reports and documentation for communication within the organization.

Conocimientos

2+ years of relevant experience

Valid driver's license

Ability to speak and read English

Basic math skills

High school diploma or equivalent
