Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Trainee to oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

You’re responsible for finding, hiring and developing Restaurant Team Members and Shift Managers, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire. You’ll schedule staff, address performance issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Drivers’ License.
• Reliable private transportation.
• At least 3 years of General Management food service experience. Fast Food experience is a plus.
• Business math & accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/ Decision-making skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop Taco Bell Restaurant Team Members and Shift Managers.
