Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Trainee (RGMT) to lead the operation of a Taco Bell restaurant and to build a strong team focused on delivering great food and a friendly customer experience.

The role requires recruiting and developing team members, scheduling, managing the budget and financial plans, and resolving issues to meet business priorities. We offer advancement opportunities and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable private transportation is required.
• At least 3 years of general management in food service; fast food experience a plus.
• Strong business math, accounting skills, and analysis/decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including late nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, develop and train Restaurant Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Plan scheduling and deployment of the team; address performance issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor costs and profitability.
