Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Trainee to oversee the operation of a franchise location, hire and develop Team Members and Shift Managers, and drive a friendly guest experience with great food. The role requires leadership and hands-on coaching across all restaurant functions.

Requires a HS diploma or GED, background check, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and 3+ years in GM food service; fast food experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation.
• At least 3 years of General Management in food service (fast food a plus).
• Business math & accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, develop, and coach Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Schedule staff and deploy teams to meet business needs.
