Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Trainee to oversee overall restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasizes hiring, training, scheduling, and achieving financial targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead team members and shift managers, address performance issues, and ensure a friendly customer experience while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable private transportation required.
• At least 3 years of General Management in food service.

Responsabilités
