The Taco Bell franchise in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Trainee (RGMT) to lead daily operations, hire and develop the restaurant team, and drive performance. You will schedule, coach, and ensure the team delivers great food and guest experiences while managing budgets and financial plans.

As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager Trainee (RGMT), you are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring and developing Taco Bell Restaurant Team Members and Shift Managers, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire. You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

The pay range for the position is $17.49 per hour - $36.72 per hour

Job Requirements and Essential Function
