Job summary

Shamrock TBC, a Taco Bell franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, administration and ensuring Taco Bell standards are met. You will help lead Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads to deliver friendly, safe and high-quality service.

In this role you will assist with hiring, training, coaching and developing the restaurant team, while ensuring health, safety and operational procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfort with cash handling, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and ensure restaurant operates to Taco Bell standards.
• Assist RGM with hiring, onboarding and staff development.
• Support facility maintenance and adherence to health and safety standards.
