Job summary

Shamrock TBC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by coordinating shifts and handling administrative duties, ensuring operations meet Taco Bell standards. You will guide Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads to complete duties and serve safe, friendly food.

In the absence of the RGM you provide leadership, assist with facility maintenance, and help hire and develop great Team Members.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff and shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read reports and enforce policies.
