Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee (ShamrockTBC) is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead overall restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. You will hire, orient, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, while scheduling staff and managing budgets to meet financial plans.

You will ensure training, customer service, and strong leadership across the restaurant, collaborating with Taco Bell management and staff to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and service.
• Hire, orient, train and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; create training plans for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy staff, address performance issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Train and coach the team to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer experience.
• Interact with customers, franchise management and restaurant team to resolve issues and uphold standards.
