Job summary

Burger King Corporation seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver guest satisfaction at a Tulsa location. You’ll oversee P&L, scheduling, and a team including an Assistant Manager and crew, ensuring quality and fast, friendly service.

As a hands-on leader you’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, implement local marketing, and uphold brand standards. This role reports to the District Manager and requires proven restaurant management experience

Qualifications

Previous restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L and drivers of profitability.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and guest service principles.

Responsibilities

Reviews P&L to increase profitability for the restaurant.
Drives sales through proactive guest service and operations management.
Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
Manages guest experience through operations and timely response to issues.
Identifies and engages with the community for local marketing initiatives.
Leads recruitment and selection to build and retain an effective restaurant team.
On-boards new team members through training and certification.
Provides coaching and feedback to raise performance and capabilities.
