Burger King - 10835 - Roseville is seeking a restaurant manager to profitably operate the restaurant within established practices. The successful candidate will control costs, ensure excellent customer service, develop and train employees, and manage inventory. Aged 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED required, experience in the restaurant industry preferred. Labor scheduling and cash control skills essential. Competitive compensation and incentive bonus plan offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience desirable.
• Strong desire to make a positive image in people’s lives.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality service at the front counter.
• Conduct meetings for planning, training, and reviewing operations.
• Analyze Profits and Loss statements to minimize costs.
• Manage restaurant cash control and maintain inventory.

Educación

High School or GED; some college preferred
