Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Experience in restaurant leadership with a track record of coaching and development.
• Ability to manage operations, ensure food safety, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance standards.
