Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with opening, mid, and closing shifts including weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent; ServSafe Level 2 certification.
• Internal candidates must complete Donatos Training Roadmap and demonstrate readiness.
• External candidates: 1 year in a similar role; internal: 6 months Donatos experience; management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach team members; drive customer satisfaction and hospitality.
• Ensure proper onboarding, training, and adherence to mission and promises.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust to volume, control cash and assets.
• Lead cost controls on food waste, prep, inventory, and theft; monitor P&L impact.
• Uphold food safety standards and local health requirements; lead safety and cleanliness.
