The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in food service, with a passion for people and results. This on-site role requires weekend availability and a focus on operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in restaurant operations or management is expected.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant team to execute product quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, benefits and reporting to home office.
• Plan and coordinate leadership meetings; monitor KPIs and drive results.
• Ensure security, deposits handling and compliance with procedures.
