Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with company values.
• Train team on processes, policies, and store operations to maintain world-class performance.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Manage inventory, schedule payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
