Responsibilities

• Ensuring all staff complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintaining a safe workplace for staff and customers.
• Addressing customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and ensuring staff compliance.
• Handling HR issues including disciplinary write-ups and terminations.
• Taking an ownership mindset to managing the restaurant.
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and hours recorded.
