Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in Millington, TN. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, oversee shifts, ensure Taco Bell standards, and lead Team Members to deliver safe, quality food and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Basic personal computer literacy and accounting aptitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand/walk most of shift; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Background checks are required for all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and ensuring Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee team members and shift managers to complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers and deliver quality food.
