Wingstop in Downingtown, PA is opening a new restaurant. The General Manager will provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant, drive results through people development and guest experience, and ensure cost controls for food and labor while growing sales and profits.

The role requires hiring, training and developing hourly team members and conveying the Wingstop Way culture. The candidate must be a creative, hardworking leader who communicates effectively and strives to deliver

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
• Flexibility
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company policy and Brand Equity Standards are followed.
• Optimize profits by controlling food and labor costs.
• Hiring, training and developing new hourly team members.
