Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop shop team members to realize potential.
• Interview, hire, and onboard great people.
• Schedule associates and manage labor goals.
• Drive local shop marketing to increase sales.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage cash handling and daily drawers.
• Lead front-of-house operations on shift.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
