Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced restaurant or similar operation with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to hire, train and evaluate staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staffing to ensure quality and safety.
• Drive sales growth, ensure top-line targets and cost controls are met.
• Guide interview, hiring and training programs for franchise staff.
• Address customer issues promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
