Great Lakes Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train staff, and set high standards for service and guest experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach managers, schedule staff, monitor budgets, and drive profitability while upholding food safety and brand standards. The role offers a 48-hour work week with 40 hours base pay and 8 hours overtime, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Champions Taco Bell’s culture and values.
• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.
• Adaptable to change and experienced in supporting change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure top-tier products and service.
