Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Experience recruiting and developing teams.
• Able to adapt to change and support change management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and oversee training plans and initiatives.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance; foster inclusion and belonging.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff strategically and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and strengthen digital presence and loyalty programs.
