Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications and training programs.
• Ensure all Guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Achieve objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance and cleanliness through staff training and a positive work environment.
• Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Fill in operationally as needed to ensure guest service standards.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure deliveries are received correctly and policies followed.
• Set clear shift expectations and model guest-focused service.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively.
• Monitor inventories and maintain records.
